Gary Miller

Dr. Miller is Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Pollution Prevention Roundtable, and Director of the Printers’ National Environmental Assistance Center. He also served as subject editor for the Journal of Cleaner Production.
Prior to joining the Center, Dr. Miller was Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science at the University of Oklahoma. From 1979 to 1985, he was also Assistant Co-Director of the National Center for Groundwater Research at the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Miller earned an M.S. in Environmental Science and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He also earned a B.S. in Biology from Oral Roberts University.
Dr. Miller has co-authored four books on energy, environmental policy and groundwater protection; over 40 other papers and reports; and frequently is invited to make presentations at businesses, professional meetings and universities. In addition, Dr. Miller has provided pollution prevention training programs for corporations, industry associations and other government agencies.
