Joe Pickowitz, Pollution Prevention Technologist, maintains, modifies, fabricates and operates various innovative technology equipment both at WMRC laboratories and at industrial facilities. He also works directly with other pollution prevention program and research staff to conduct evaluations of pollution prevention programs at industrial facilities and identify source reduction options. Mr. Pickowitz has extensive experience in industrial processes with respect to the implementation of pollution prevention technologies. He previously worked in a variety of positions for one of the world's largest manufacturers of flexible electrical conduit. He received his BS degree in Management and Administrative Services from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
