From I-57 North / I-74:
  • From I-57 North, Take I-74 East
  • From I-74, Take Exit 182 Neil Street
  • Turn South on Neil Street for 2.7 miles
  • Turn left on St. Mary's Road and go East for 0.25 miles
  • Turn right on Oak Street and go South for 0.25 miles
  • At the first stop-sign, turn right on Hazelwood Dr
  • WMRC will be the last building on the left

From I-57 South

  • Take the "Monticello/Savoy" Exit #229
  • Turn right on to Monticello Road heading East for 2.3 miles
  • At first stop-light, turn left on to US-45 for 4.0 miles
  • Turn right on Windsor Road and go East for 0.4 miles
  • At first stop-light, turn left on 1st Street and go North for 0.5 miles
  • Turn left on Hazelwood Dr and go West for 0.2 miles
  • WMRC will be the last building on the left

From I-72:

  • Follow I-72 into Champaign (I-72 becomes University Avenue)
  • Follow University Avenue East for 3.0 miles
  • Turn South on Neil Street for 1.5 miles
  • Turn left on St. Mary's Road and go East for 0.25 miles
  • Turn right on Oak Street and go South for 0.25 miles

Southern Illinois Office

For more information, please contact Mike Springman

The Southern Illinois office located in the office of the Long Term Resource Monitoring Program of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. The building is 2.5 miles North of the junction of highways 267 and 67. It is about 2 miles North of the junction of Humbert Road and Highway 67. The building is on the West side of highway 267, just north of the nursery. It sits off the highway about ΒΌ mile. It has a large antenna that can be seen from the highway.
